Privacy Policy and Protection of Other Processed Information
On this page you will find an overview of the main principles of protection of personal data and other processed information. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions of the company NOI concept s.r.o., in the section on Personal Data Protection.
The company NOI concept s.r.o., the operator of e-shops welovedogs.cz and welovedogs.sk (hereinafter referred to as "NC") aims to protect the privacy of its customers. We want our customers to be completely sure that we treat their personal data with due care and in accordance with the obligations arising out of the applicable legislation and that we protect them to the maximum extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of the available device.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is a set of rules that we comply with when we obtain and process personal data of customers who purchase our products or use our services.
1. What Personal Data Do We Process?
Due to the nature of the services provided by NC to its customers, the following personal data are obtained from them:
- Name and surname
- Delivery address and/or billing address
- Trade name, seat, place of business, company registration number, tax identification number
- Phone number and contact e-mail
NC uses third-party payment gateways for certain types of payments (e.g. credit card payment online). If the user uses a credit card payment, credit card numbers or other sensitive data for payment are processed by a third-party payment gateway. NC does not retain or access credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
Certain technical data about customers and visitors of the website, such as IP address, browser type, operating system type, approximate location etc., can be automatically obtained and collected by NC.
Customer personal data are collected for the period of 5 years, unless the customer requests to delete them earlier (see section 5 of this Policy: Your rights with respect to personal data protection).
2. Where Are Personal Data Collected?
Personal data of customers and visitors of the website are kept centrally on the servers located in the Czech Republic. The Data in no way leave the European Union or are stored outside the European Union.
3. How Are Personal Data Secured?
Company NOI concept s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "NC"), with its seat at Újezd 409/19, 118 00 Prague 1 - Malá Strana, company registration number: 25067869, is the administrator of personal data that you as a data subject provided to us. NC, as the administrator of your personal data, does not intend and has never intended to transfer your data to third parties.
NC undertakes to provide the technical and organizational protection of processed personal data in order to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of data, unauthorized transmissions, other unauthorized processing and other misuse thereof, and to ensure that all obligations of the administrator of personal data under the legislation are continuously ensured in terms of personnel and organization throughout the processing period.
All personal data provided by customers in connection with the use of NC goods and services are processed automatically by the secured electronic system. In terms of organizational security NC protects data from unauthorized access by third parties, in particular through limited access to the database and personal data, which are accessible only to persons who have been trained in the field of personal data protection and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. How Do We Use "Cookies"?
"Cookies" are small text files that are stored in the computer browser or on the computer hard disk of a NC web site (www.welovedogs.cz) visitor. If the website is visited again, "cookies" will allow the visitor's device to be identified and adapt the page to his preferences. NC does not store any personal data in "cookies". The data stored in "cookies" are used solely for the purpose of the operation of the NC services (www.welovedogs.cz). They improve your online experience by storing your preferences when you visit a specific page. The data are used only aggregately, and "cookies" do not contain personal identification information and cannot profile our system or concentrate information from your hard disk. In accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 127/2005 Sb. on Electronic Communications, a visitor has the right to decide whether to allow "cookies" on his device through the settings of his browser. A visitor who has not changed the settings of the installed software on his computer agrees to store "cookies" on his device. A visitor can also prevent the storing of "cookies" by opening the NC website (www.welovedogs.cz) in incognito mode. Incognito mode is supported by all modern internet browsers, and in this mode, "cookies" are not stored in the browser.
5. Your Rights in terms of Personal Data Protection
Anyone, whose personal data we process, has:
- The right to access personal data: the right to obtain from NC a confirmation of whether or not the personal data relating to him are being processed, and, if so, the right to access such personal data and information about the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipient or categories of recipients, to whom the personal data were or will be disclosed, the period for which the personal data will be stored and the right to a copy of the personal data processed;
- The right to rectification: the right to have the administrator rectify inaccurate personal data without undue delay and the right to complete incomplete personal data,
- The right to erasure: the right to have the administrator erase personal data without undue delay, if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed, or if you withdraw your consent to processing, or object to processing and there are no prevailing legitimate reasons for processing, or the personal data were processed unlawfully,
- The right to restrict processing: the right to have the administrator restrict processing if you deny the accuracy of personal data, for the time necessary for the administrator to be able to verify the accuracy of personal data, or if the processing is unlawful and you refuse to erase personal data, or you objected to the processing of personal data until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the administrator prevail your legitimate reasons,
- The right to data portability: the right to obtain personal data in a structured, commonly applicable and machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another administrator,
- The right to object: the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the legitimate interest of the administrator, the administrator does not process personal data unless he proves serious legitimate reasons for processing which prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, or to the determination, enforcement or defence of legal claims,

After the prescribed identification of the applicant, we will inform you of the processing of your application in accordance with the applicable legal requirements within the statutory deadline.
If you wish to contact us with an incentive or complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact us via the above-mentioned addresses. Your incentive will be forwarded to the responsible NC staff, who will then deal with it and will work with you to resolve it. If you still believe that your personal data has not been treated appropriately in accordance with legal requirements, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
6. Sending Commercial Communications
NC collects and manages the user's e-mail addresses, obtained in connection with the sale of their products or services. The e-mail addresses thus obtained are regarded, irrespective of their nature, an electronic contact address obtained in connection with the sale of a product or service within the meaning of Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2000 Sb. on Certain Services of Information Company and NC is entitled to use these for the purposes of spreading commercial communications relating to their own similar products or services.
NC is obliged to provide the user with the possibility to refuse further sending of commercial communications to the e-mail address entered by him in any commercial communication. The refusal to send further communications is free of charge for customers, except for Internet connection and data transmission costs.
7. General Terms and Conditions
The use of NC services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://www.welovedogs.cz/obchodni-podminky.
8. Final Provisions
NC reserves the right to modify this Policy and the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy can always be found on the website www.welovedogs.cz.

Relations not expressly modified by this Policy are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and legal order of the Czech Republic.
This Policy becomes effective on 24 May 2018.
